The feeling of knowing.
There's a gap now between sounding right and having checked, and you can't see it from the outside. That's worth being nervous about. But what does any of it have to do with what I keep seeing in meetings, where everyone is suddenly an expert in someone else's job and nobody is embarrassed to weigh in outside their own patch?
