about
Frontend and digital product leadership, teams to grow, and complex systems untangled with a researcher’s patience.
From solution design to the delivery of complex enterprise digital products, and from running teams to running suppliers. I work between Prato and Florence, with clients and colleagues scattered around the world. Today I’m Product Owner and Team Manager at Aruba, where I own the roadmap and the priorities for the components used across the company’s products.
I spent most of the last decade in enterprise frontend consulting, for brands like Ducati, Edenred and Lamborghini.
Before software I was a scientist: a PhD in bioinformatics, machine-learning models, research code in Python. I don’t work in the lab anymore, but that training still shapes how I work — understand the problem, design the solution, ship it. (For the curious: my research work.)
How I work
The years in research and academia — the study and the work that took me through a handful of cities, as far as Belgium, before I came back to Florence — put me in the way of a lot of people who shaped how I work. Whether it’s AI or a design system, personal growth or a team to grow, projects and suppliers to keep aligned, I carry something from those people with me. One way or another, I always manage.
Don’t Panic. Whether it’s a hard problem, a half-formed idea, or a decent argument, my inbox is a mostly harmless place to start.
